Permanent Plant-Grade Dust Suppression

The ECS-100 is the most powerful unit in the Empower range — designed for permanent installation on plant rooftops, mast towers or perimeter poles. A 20 HP industrial fan combined with a 5 HP high-pressure multi-stage pump delivers a tightly atomised fog throw of 75 to 100 metres, blanketing up to 27,000 sqm around the installation point. The system runs continuously on plant water and 440 V three-phase supply, and is fully PLC-controlled with auto-swing, timer and auto-sensor logic for unattended operation.

ECS-100 Common Questions

Is installation included with the ECS-100?
Yes. Installation and basic commissioning are included in our standard quotation. Buyer is responsible for civil foundation, lifting / crane, electrical cable run from MCC to control panel, and water inlet line up to the unit.

Can multiple ECS-100 units be linked together?
Yes. Multiple units can be linked through a single master PLC for synchronised auto-swing and timer programs across the plant — ideal for large cement plants, steel works and ports.

What is the typical electrical and water connection?
440 V three-phase 50 Hz electrical supply with a dedicated MCB; water supply at 3–5 bar through a 100-micron in-line filter. Tank or sump-fed water lines are both supported.

Does the ECS-100 work with surfactants?
Yes. The pump and SS-304 nozzles are compatible with chemical surfactant dosing for enhanced PM2.5 / PM10 capture, particularly useful in coal and fly-ash dust environments.

What is the lead time for delivery?
10–15 working days from confirmed PO and advance payment, subject to standard configuration. Custom dimensions or non-standard mounting structures may take longer.
