The Empower Truck Mounted Anti Smog Gun is a complete, road-legal mobile pollution control unit. Mounted on an Ashok Leyland EComet 1415HE CNG chassis, the system carries a 9000 litre water tank, a 25 KVA Kirloskar / Mahindra silent DG set, a 3 HP multi-stage high-pressure pump and a 32-nozzle SS-304 cannon — all controlled from an IP-65 panel with remote operation. Drive it to a project site, deploy in minutes, and run continuous fog suppression on highway, metro, demolition or large industrial perimeters.

Truck Mounted FAQs

Does the price include the truck chassis?
Yes. The standard quotation includes the Ashok Leyland EComet 1415HE CNG chassis, the cannon, water tank, DG set, pump, control panel, sprinkler bars and complete fabrication. Truck registration / temporary number plate at our works is included; permanent RTO formalities at the buyer's state are in buyer's scope.

Can the truck be operated by a regular driver?
Yes — driving the truck only needs a valid commercial driving licence (LMV-T or equivalent). Operating the cannon system needs a brief on-site training, which we provide free for the first crew at delivery.

What is the payment schedule?
Standard terms: 50% advance with order, balance 50% plus GST against performa invoice three days prior to dispatch. We can structure milestone-based billing for tender / government orders on request.

Can the system run while the truck is moving?
Yes. The cannon and the side sprinkler bars can both run while the truck moves at slow road-watering speeds (typically 5–15 km/h), making it ideal for moving along highway construction stretches and city roads.

What is the warranty?
12 months warranty against manufacturing defect of the dust-suppression system. The truck chassis carries OEM warranty as per Ashok Leyland's standard policy.
